Refund policy
We do not have a return policy, which means once the product is sold, it cant be returned under any circumstances, except in case the product received is damaged. To claim damages, customers must have an end to end recording of unboxing the products without cuts or stops in between and will have to arrange to deliver the product. The delivery cost of the product in case of such return and refund amount will be credited back on the receipt of the goods. Please note. the request for the same must be raised within 1 day (calendar day) of the receipt of the goods.
To be eligible for the above return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Ensure to have a full unboxing video to claim damages, without which, the request wont be entertained.
Exchanges
No exchanges are accepted under any circumstances. Goods once sold cannot be exchanged and no refund will be processed. Only incase the goods delivered is different from the one ordered, exchange of goods would be allowed, and that too with full unboxing video only. In absence of the same, seller has full right to disallow such claim.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (only in case of eligible returns), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
